As a central access point for assistance on domestic violence, the Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence offers both intervention and prevention support for the traumatized and abused victims of domestic violence.

The Neighborhood Service Center serves the total family, addressing the housing, food, utilities, eviction and helps break the cycle of poverty by providing parent/child life skill workshops to enhance financial learning among low-income residents in Talbot County.
